Preparation

    You’ll need
    2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Bars
    2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1 small ripe banana
    Optional: cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavour.
  2. Spread the Peanut Butter
    Spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter over each granola bar. Smooth it evenly for a creamy contrast to the crunchy base.
  3. Slice the Banana
    Peel and slice the banana into even ½ cm slices. Slice just before using to keep them fresh.
  4. Assemble
    Top each peanut butter-covered bar with banana slices. Press gently so they stick.
  5. Optional Toppings
    Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. You can also swap bananas for apple slices, pear, or even halved grapes.
