Preparation

  1. Prep the Fruit
    Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). In a bowl, mix 225g each of frozen raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries with 75g sugar and 1 tbsp cornflour. Stir gently to coat.
  2. First Bake
    Spread the berry mix into a 1.5-litre ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes. This softens the fruit and creates a rich, syrupy base.
  3. Add Crunch
    Remove the dish from the oven and stir the fruit. Crumble 10 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Bars into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle evenly on top.
  4. Second Bake
    Bake for another 10 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp, and the filling is bubbling beautifully underneath.
  5. Cool & Serve
    Let the crisp rest for 5–10 minutes to thicken slightly. Spoon into bowls and top with Greek yogurt for a creamy, tangy contrast.
  6. Make It Yours
    Swap berries for peaches, mango, or cherries. Add chopped pecans or macadamias to the topping for extra crunch.
