Preparation

  1. Prep the Pan
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper, covering the base and sides for easy lifting and cleanup later.
  2. Make the Base
Melt 100g dark chocolate chips with butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water). Stir until smooth, then mix in crushed crème-filled chocolate biscuits. Press the mixture into your tin and chill for 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Peanut Butter Filling
In a bowl, mix peanut butter with condensed milk until creamy. Fold in half the crushed granola bars and chopped honey-roasted peanuts. Stir in melted white chocolate, then spread this mixture over your set base. Top with the remaining granola and peanuts. Chill for 1½ hours until firm.
  4. Add the Chocolate Drizzle
Melt 50g more dark chocolate and drizzle over the top in a zigzag pattern. Chill again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  5. Slice & Store
Lift from the tin, slice into 25 bite-sized squares, and store in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll stay fresh for up to a week—if they last that long!
  6. Switch It Up
Swap peanuts for cashews or hazelnuts, or add dried cranberries for a fruity twist. Easy to customise, hard to resist.
