Preparation

  1. Gather Ingredients
    You’ll need
    2 serving glasses or jars
    300g raspberry yogurt
    150g fresh or frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
    2 Nature Valley™ Oats & Honey bars
  2. If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly for best texture.
  3. Crush the Bars
    Place the bars in a resealable bag and gently crush into chunky pieces—not too fine. You want that signature crunch in every bite.
  4. Start Layering
    Add about 75g of yogurt into the base of each glass, smoothing gently. You can swap flavours—try blueberry or mango yogurt too!
  5. Add Berries & Granola
    Top with half the berries and half the crushed granola. Mix colours and textures for extra appeal.
  6. Repeat the Layers
    Add another layer of yogurt, followed by the remaining berries and granola. It’s all about those satisfying layers.
  7. Serve Fresh
    These parfaits are best enjoyed right away for the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and fruity.
  8. Optional Twists
    Swap berries for banana, mango, or stewed apple
    Add cinnamon, honey drizzle, or toasted coconut
